Qigong: this movement class is a favorite in the membership. It builds strength, flexibility and supports your health and vitality with gentle meditative flowing movements.

Somatics: You'll find out how to move more easily, gain more flexibility, and learn supportive guidelines for maintaining your newly found sense of ease.

Breathwork: If you have good or poor breathing you'll discover the science behind effective breathing habits and how to practice them. If you want to experience how to let go of accumulated stress and emotional tension, trauma informed breathwork is amazingly effective.

Meditation: When calming your mind, opening your heart, increasing your intuition, or becoming more organized is a priority, you'll find a variety of specific meditation techniques and practices that support these goals.
