Weekly classes include everything you need to know to get the most from your practice. Most classes are 60 minutes followed by a 10-15 minute discussion. The focus of classes rotates on a monthly basis and includes releasing tension related to back pain, shoulder and neck tension, stiff hips, leg length discrepancy, etc. Somatic sequences are gentle and explore flexing, extending, twisting, spiraling, and grounding movements.
