Discover Different Styles of Meditation

This six-week live online course introduces you to the five core distinctive NeuroMeditation styles Focus, Mindfulness, Open Heart, Quiet Mind, and Deep States. Each style is designed to activate specific brainwave patterns, attention, and intentions.

Meditation is not a one-size-fits-all process. Different styles of meditation engage the brain in unique ways, some help calm it, while others boost focus and energy. Some practices are ideal for reducing stress and anxiety, while others improve concentration or enhance empathy.

In each week of the course we'll dive into the neuroscience behind each meditation style and what you can expect in the way of the benefits of optimizing different parts of your brain through meditation.

There'll be plenty of guided experiential practice to balance intellectual understanding. You'll also have the opportunity to identify which style(s) of meditation are best suited for you based on a meditation styles assessment.

The practices are designed for new and experienced meditators and provide an overview of many different techniques including mental focus, guided imagery, movement, and breathing. Discover how these styles target stress, anxiety, concentration, empathy, and relaxation in a completely personalized approach to meditation.

If you can't make it live, sessions will be recorded for later viewing.
