Transforming poor breathing habits into healthy ones requires regular daily practice of about 15-20 minutes. You can do this whilst engaged in other activities, so it won’t take time out of your day. Yes classes are live and interactive using Zoom video conferencing.

Replays will be uploaded to the course curriculum the day after a class and will be available for streaming for three months from the course end date.
